When reporting an issue

  • Your company or workspace name
  • The email address you use with MeritForge
  • Your browser, operating system, and approximate time of the issue
  • The page or action involved, such as Sparks, medals, approvals, imports, rewards, Slack, or analytics

  • What you expected to happen and what actually happened
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if they help explain the issue

Admins

For workspace configuration

If the question is about organization setup, CSV/XLS imports, roles, Spark allowances, approvals, values, integrations, or reward controls, include the relevant workspace area and whether the issue affects one person, one team, or the whole organization.

Privacy

Share only what is needed

Please avoid sending sensitive employee data, reward codes, private recognition details, or full import files unless we specifically ask for them. Redacted screenshots and sample rows are usually enough to start investigating.
